If he isn't ridden every day he gets very irritable and upset. He must be ridden or worked in some way, shape, or form, or he will be very moody. affectionate; Hollister is extremely affectionate, not only with humans, but horses as well. He seems to be a very social horse, like his owner, and is always trying to snuggle humans or play with horses. quiet; Despite being a stallion, Hollister is very quiet. He's not bomb-proof, but he is still quiet. He doesn't get to worked up by mares, he doesn't spook at nothing, and he isn't really jumpy. Except when he isn't ridden for a while. History: Hollister was born in Germany and shipped over to North America when he was first weaned at the age of 6 months. He went through the auction circuit, and his second owner Alexis bought him for $7000 when he was one. She started training him at the age of three and they are already progressing quickly.
