The facilities of this place are top notch. Practically the best that money can buy. All the stables are insulated and made in the best way possible. And horses that live here are treated better than most humans in this town. All the stalls are large and roomy, and they're kept impeccably clean. The hired help aren't treated as well, but the place they stay is still top notch. Looking more like a small hotel than an employee housing. The house itself where the owner of the entire place lives, is a mansion to say the least. It doesn't fit in well and looks somewhat out of place if you look at the rest of the town. It is expensively decorated on the inside and out. There are multiple pastures, some adjoining to stalls and some that stand alone. All in all, the place screams fortune, and the owner is just striving for the American Dream. Fame and Fortune.

The stable is hidden in a recluse, far off the usual roads. It is a rather decrepit place, with the only new thing being the shining black pick-up in the driveway. The barn itself is small and dirty, crowded with a small paddock that now serves as a ring and an impromptu new paddock made of barbed wire standing behind this. The whole place could honestly use a good wash more than anything, and the smell of manure is overpowering upon entrance. The stalls are kept clean, but the pile never seems to be cleaned out or scattered across the fields behind.

Black Blitz is a dream stable. It is an English-styled stable with four separate stables, each with ten stalls, and a concrete courtyard in the middle. There are over 157+ acres of pasture, and 2 indoor arenas, and 2 outdoor. The main house is a wonderful Mediterranean-style house with 2 main bedrooms, 1 guest room, 2 bathrooms, a beautiful kitchen, and a beautiful overlook of the hills, mountain, and stable.

The house is a beautiful three story building with a deck, the house itself is a beautiful shade of blue, with a green colored roof. There are four seperate stables and another in the making. Each stables can support twelve stalls, there's also a covering stall, foaling stall, feeding area, two indoor arenas and one outdoor one. The stables currently support few horses as Axel has only recently come here, but there may be room, once the fifth stable is finished, for about sixty horses. There are over 250 acres worth of pasture plus trails that lead into forests for forest trail rides.

25 acres of rolling hills with lush green grass. White fence surround the entire 25 acres of land. On the acres there is two stables and several working arenas. Sections of the land have pastures on it. Some connecting to stalls in the barns. The remaining land is left mostly open, except for the fence that borders the edge of the property. The empty area is normally used for trail rides. A ways into the land, you come to a house. An average size, and next to it, is another house, in similar structures. The other house is for employees.

Chestnut Ridge is a beautiful stables with the best facilities. As you drive up the gravel road chestnut trees are on either side of the road until you meet the small parking spaces. A grand house is just a short walk away from the parking and that is where Vivian Ward lives. Her employees live in a set of cabins which also have amazing facilities so the workers can get the best possible care and that improves their work.

Crestfallen Stables is located on 100 acres of rolling green hills. The plantation style home is in great state of condition as it was just re-done. The long drive way is lined with tall oaks and it provides privacy. As you drive up the drive, through the trees you can see pastures that hold horses grazing contently on the grass.

Behind the Carlyle Residence is 3 newly refurbished stables that houses the show horses. Each stable has its own wash rack and 3 cross tie racks, along with a tack room. This new estate is in great condition and is very beautiful indeed.

The house is a small log cabin. It was just built so when you enter it you can still smell the freshly cut wood. When you enter you can go to your left and there is a kitchen to your right is a room with a couch and two chairs. In front of you is a small room with a bed and some chester drawers. Just recently an extension to the previous cabin was made. It was bigger than the other house and had more furnishing. There is a bed, some chester drawers, a night stand, a pretty carpet, and some other things to brighten up the place. There is two rooms, separated from each other, and their is 3 beds in each room. It was made just a few weeks back for employees.

Diamond Heights Ranch is a ranch settled on a huge mesa. It overlooks a few mountains. Plains are below it. The ranch is huge, with one two story house, a huge stable, and many corrals, pastures, and pens. Any horse would be happy here. Most horses are happy here. At night, it is so quiet, it can seem ghostly.

Small two bedroom, 1 bath cabin in a small clearing next to a small forest. If you exit the house, to your right is a big, classic, red barn were she keeps her horses and, next to that, the pasture. To your left is the field were her sheep graze and the road into civilization. If you walk into the cabin you will see a kitchen consisting of a small stove, a mini fridge, an island(counter), Rex's food & water dishes, 2 cabinets hanging over the stove and fridge, and 4 cabinets under the island filled with dog food, silverware, etc. to your right. To your left you will see a short hall way leading to the bedrooms and bathroom. Selena's room has pictures of jumping horses, wild horses, dogs, anything related to animals. At her bed foot is Rex's bed and a small chest, containing his few toys.

This ranch is in a run down state. The house is little more than a hut, with one bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and lounge. Outside are two badly fenced paddocks, and an indoor training arena. The buildings have seen better days, but the paddocks are secure, and there are half a dozen loose boxes at the back of the house that have been recently renovated.

There is many run down dog runs, but will be fixed as they may be used as people begin to move in. Also there is a large barn with a loft, holding 8 stalls plus a large tack and feed room. A smaller barn is located closer to the house, it holds 5 stalls and a small tack and feed room. There are many small pastures, and on large pasture. A indoor riding arena used for jumping, and a track around the big pasture for racing. Also there is a lot of hills in the back, and much more room in the yard for other stuff to be built. Again since there may be more people moving in, there is a large garage and parking lot.

The main house looks like a beautiful cabin on the outside, with an olive green roof that matches the beautiful scenery around it. It is actually two stories, though it doesn't seem like so with the towering trees around it. The outside around the cabin is slightly charred from when a forest fire spewed flames everywhere, and even though they just edge onto the forest, the flames caught around the house, though luckily much wasn't damaged. The whole property, including a 12 horse barn, two large pastures, a corral, a training ring, and a equipment room all came from his dad, who left no horses, just the ranch to his son, Ry. T

There is a river running up right by the main house, and it branches off into a little pool in between the two houses, slightly farther back. The river runs into the two horse pastures, and then dissapears into the forest once again. There are some small waterfalls right behind the edge of the main house, and when I say small, I mean small. About half a foot drop perhaps. Dont go commiting suicide.. To the immediate left of the house, also bordering the forest, there is the guest house, where the employees would stay. Right now there isn't much, just three beds to a room, and two rooms.

The farm house is rather simple. A three room abode. The living room doubles as bedroom, there is a small kitchen with fridge and stove and a few cabinets, and a bathroom. It is a shack-like log cabin with scorched black wood walls and a surprisingly stable porch that encompasses the house.

Leaving Legacies is a pretty good size ranch. It has several pastures, and 3 barns. Aside from that, there is also a warmup track, a jumping arena and a building where Kenya keeps some of the patients that need to stay overnight, or even those that have to stay for longer periods of time. The house itself is also a good size, 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, living room, and a kitchen. Right beside the main house stands another structure, one that employs can live in. Mainly those that either work with Kenya's horses, or even those that help her out at her vet practice.

The tree trunks around the house don't seem to be the right color. They seem like some kind of ebony tree. His house is a red brick house. It has a small porch in front with two white poles that look like they are holding up the roof of the porch. It is pretty big. It sort of has two stories. It has an attic and one room that he has made into a guest room. In the down stairs, there are three other bedrooms. And a pretty big kitchen, a big living room, a dining room, a laundry room, a front door hallway, and a computer room. But not to mention a few bathrooms! Outside, it has a twenty acre ranch. So far, it holds a few herding dogs and a cat to get rid of mice. He aims to get a couple of horses and some cattle.

The house is a cottage with pinkish walls and honeysuckle growing up and finishing at the thatched roof. As you walk in you have the stairs to your left and straight on is the kitchenand if you walk further on to your right is the louge/dining area. If you go upstairs to your left is the master bedroom and to your right is the bathroom. Straight on is the study and then to your right as you walk onwards is the dogs room.

Maybell Stables Maximus is a beautiful ranch with two big stable blocks, fields full of wheat and gigantic pastures. A dirt track leads up to it amd finishes at a small car park. The office is just a short walk from the car park where Daniel does most of his paperwork.

The bungalow is next to the office. It is a classic brick house and as you walk into the door your entering the hall. To your left is the bathroom and straight ahead is the bedroom. On your right is the living room and a kitchen is also in the lounge. Everything is light and airy in the house and is the perfect place for one person to live.

IT is a small quaint house. It has a wooden porch that runs around the entire house. The front of it has a bench swing and some plants. A cobblestone path leads from the house to the yard gate.

The ranch itself is very high end. Three different barns, one for mares, one for stallions, and the other one could be for resident horses, or any other horses. All are heated with spacious stalls, and a couple have bars above the door, just to compensate for the horses who can unlock the doors. There are 12 stalls in each barn, six on each side. There is one tack room that is quite long, though not necessarily wide, the feed room being in the middle barn. There are two different pastures, and a dirt track behind the ranch house. The house itself itsn't that grand, two stories, though a decent sized house. Enough room to house three people, though that is why there is a guest house to the side. Phoenix Racing Stables is a high-end facility, with friendly people, and wonderful horses.

A beutiful stone farmhouse set near a huge lake, with a bed of natural flowers growing around the front of the house. There is over 100acres of open pasture for the horses staying here and a guest wing were renters may live during there stay on the ranch. Recently opened, Saving The Hope Of Light Horse Ranch is modern and spacious whilst being close enough to near villages to not be old-style ranching.

The Shining Acres ranch house is a very large cottage with a small porch. It has huge windows that are visible from the front. It is two stories with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The home lies on 23 acres with a main show barn, a breeding barn, and a broodmare barn. The land is equipped with an indoor riding arena, and outdoor riding arena, and 2 roundpens. There are 4 pastures, each with a small pond.

An average sized tudor-style home set atop a low hill that overlooks a lake ahead. It is situated to the right of a nearby forest that has various animals living in it. It is made of brick on the bottom and with dark wood on the top. There is a recently added deck with a medium sized backyard and a large barn that takes up most of the yard. There is a make shift garage on the side followed by an elevated driveway to the street.

The house can be found about half a mile away from the stables in the corner of one of the fields which has been made into a garden. It is shaped like an octagon and has eight rooms on each floor. It is divided into segments like a cake, and there is a circular space in the middle where the stairs are, and on the ground floor a place for putting your shoes and coat. When you first walk in your in a room which is there simply because it's easy to find and you can go back to it if you get a bit lost. There are five floors, making this house quite simply enormous since every room is a good size, and all the same size. There is one window in every room except the one which has a door instead, always placed exactly in the center of the outside wall. The first and second floor are just living space, the third floor is for humans, and the fourth and fifth floor are for her pets. The garden is just a field with a few flowers.

She has six barns, one for racing mares, one for jumping mares and one for cross country mares, it's the same with the other three, except with stallions. There are no stalls, the horses can just wander around their barns, which are spacious and clean. There are nine paddocks and nine fields, the fields are big and the paddocks are quite small.

The house has only one room fit for a human. The other 2 rooms are specially designed to comfortably house her 21 dogs, all shelter rescue, and all have jobs on the ranch. The house is the usual white colouring, a simple 1 floor. No basement, an unused attic. Youe basic average home, well except for the rooms fit for dogs. The furniture was arranged to make the house easy to manouver around and a doggy door big enough for even a great dane to leave embeds the back door.
The outside isnt much different than anyother home, except that she has built what is called a 'Kitty Mansion' which is just a Kitty condo with add ons. Even though the cats arent technically hers, she takes it in herself to spay/neuter and feed these strays. There isnt a garden in the yard, and a large barn filled with stalls sits shortly away from the house.

Valley Oak is situated on a rather ancient piece of land, and used to be a plantation home. The original manor home serves as the main house, and is rather large but it still needs some work. The cotton fields have been replaced with lovely gravel rings, which are rather large, and a small practice track to train race horses. The secondary manor house stands not far from the barn, and is where Rory usually stays, as it is not so big.

The barn is rather Victorian and can comfortably house quite a few horses. Like the rest of the land, it needs quite a bit of work to get it up to perfection. The rest of the plot is woodland, which makes for lovely but dangerous trails, where branches are often found across the paths. Other than being terribly old except for the track and rings, it is quite a comfortable place to be if you don't mind the floors creaking.
