Valley Oak Ranch

Valley Oak is situated on a rather ancient piece of land, and used to be a plantation home. The original manor home serves as the main house, and is rather large but it still needs some work. The cotton fields have been replaced with lovely gravel rings, which are rather large, and a small practice track to train race horses. The secondary manor house stands not far from the barn, and is where Rory usually stays, as it is not so big.

The barn is rather Victorian and can comfortably house quite a few horses. Like the rest of the land, it needs quite a bit of work to get it up to perfection. The rest of the plot is woodland, which makes for lovely but dangerous trails, where branches are often found across the paths. Other than being terribly old except for the track and rings, it is quite a comfortable place to be if you don't mind the floors creaking.
