Chessa Rose Collins smiled as she walked across the parking lot towards the ice skating rink. She had traded in her normal attire for a beautiful ocean blue figure skating leotard which was somewhat sparkly but overal simple, yet flattering on her thin, petite figure. She tugged on the dress and her tights slightly as she stepped up onto the sidewalk, her heels clicking against the concrete. Pushing through the glass doors, she paid the entrance fee and walked into the woman's changing rooms, storing her tote bag in a locker and placing a lock on it, securing her cell phone, car keys, wallet, and a change of regular clothes and shoes, along with makeup products and various other items she had transferred from her purse. Checking her reflection in a full length mirror hanging on the wall she smiled, making sure that her makeup and skin were flawless. Her blue eyes sparkled as she slid on her ice skates and laced them up. She stood up, wobbling slightly as first as she staggered forward, but soon became accustomed with the feel of standing on blades. She dodged a few other people and stretched before approaching the rink and stepping onto the ice.
Chessa immediately moved feet in rhythym, pushing off as she propelled herself forward easily. Her long wavy blonde hair brushed over her shoulders and flew behind her like a banner. She continued this procedure for a few more laps as she warmed up before she began doing tricks. She started with easy practices such as speeding up and slowing before she eased herself into the turns and spins and eventually leaps. Bending down low so that she was squatting she slid across the surface of the ice. Before she could turn someone skated infront of her and she panicked, standing up partially and yelling for them to look out frantically as she collided with them, leaving her sprawled out in the center of the rink. People stared at her as she instantly stood up and offered the person her hand, her eyes apologetic. "I am so sorry! Are you okay?" she looked genuinely concerned, biting her lower lip and blushing, embarrassed.

Jakob Dare Jake lazily put on the skates, tying them swiftly, before standing up. The plastic guards still on the blades made walking towards the rink a bit easier from the bench that he had been sitting on. He didn't really know why he was at the ice skating rink, he guessed he just simply felt like going to ice skate. He hadn't been in a long time, and he did enjoy it, not that he'd ever let anybody know that. He'd taken figure skating lessons when he was younger, his mother had forced both him and his sister to do so. Now that, was a well guarded secret. The young man wasn't exactly dressed for ice skating, well, he wasn't dressed in those outfits that the men were made to wear for this kind of thing, but he could pull it off. He was wearing simple black jeans and a long sleeve dark blue shirt that had a collar. He looked a tad more formal than most would be, but he managed to not look out of place around all the other people that were skating.
He took off the blade guards, and threw them to a bench rather carelessly, his gaze moved towards the rink and immediately landed on a blonde skating. He watched her movements, they were practiced and precise, which meant she had most likely taken lessons. She was beautiful, that was for certain. And like any other situation, Jake was set on talking to her. Or rather, flirting with her. It never stayed with just plain talking. Then again, he'd been in his fair share of arguments, or rather, bashings, when a girl didn't like the fact that he was flirting with them. He skate towards her, but accidently misjudged their distance, his eyes widened slightly when she crashed into him. Sending him to the floor with her on top of him. He felt her get up, and groaned slightly. Finally, he took her hand lightly, and hopped up, hardly using her at all. It was just an excuse to hold her hand after all. He let go of her, and offered her a smile, that was supposed to be charming. "Perfectly alright, I got to meet you didn't I? I'm Jake." He offered his hand.
