Personality: Ren is a nervous mare by nature, skittish and afraid of shadows in the grass and wind in the trees. She's very sensitive to those around her, and a bit scared of stallions in general except for her son. She's quick as a whip and a good jumper, but she has never been ridden before despite her past with humans. When befriended, she is utterly caring and kind, and will do anything for a friend. However, she tends to close up and not let others near her due to the betrayals of her past.
History: Born on a farm not far from the wild, Ren had every chance of becoming a great horse. However, resistance horses came when she was a yearling to free another wild horse, and ended up taking all of her family as well. With no choice, Ren followed them into the unknown, only a defenseless yearling. She was separated from the main herd, and eventually captured by a dark lord and held, where she was bred, for a year and a half before she escaped. She gave birth to a lovely foal, Roulette, at the mere age of three and a half, and since has been wandering, trying to find meaning and love in the world.

Personality: Still a foal, Roulette is pretty much typical. He's active and bright, very quick and cunning. he's pretty much curious about everything, even if this leads him into danger. Smarter than your average foal, Roulette tends to understand more than he should, and knows that his situation is a dark one. Yet, to distract him from his plight, he has begun to watch the strange movements of the man-folk who sometimes roam the fields... He has seen horses dragged away by them, to a life that he has no knowledge of...
