I think that instead of the owners playing the foal/pups there should be a list for people who want to play a foal/pup and they play a chosen (by staff) animal to make things more interesting  |

But first shouldn't the owners decide if they want to play it, and then it goes to the public? 'Cause I might want to play one of my own foals. =P

Pups/Foals are played by one of the RPers of the parents. If neither RPer wants them, then they are free to post them up for adoption.
