Kyoshire, his long black mane flowing behind him, his long thin legs carrying smoothly over the grassy ground. His smooth shiny black pelt was sweaty and covered in a thin lather. His eyes were intent on something unseen, his auds perked forward, straining to hear an unknown sound, as he galloped towards the land known as Royal Lake. He stopped as he entered the territory, his chest moving and his nostrils flaring as he took deep breaths of the clean scented air. And then, he scented the air, his cranium lifted high into the air, his nostrils searching the wind for the scent... the scent of Blazer... Or even better, the scent of Tammy. Then it hit him, both. He lowered his head but he held it high still, as a king would do. Then, his neck rumbled as his vocals rang out strong and cold. "Royal Lakes!" he bellowed "Today! I, Kyoushire, have claimed your mare! Tammy!"

Tammy was peacefully eating grass when he heard a stallion callling out the terra's name and then she heard the next 8 words. Fear flooded her mind and she looked up and then she shot Blazer a look like daggers. "I can't beleive you!" she screamed and stamped her hoof before trotting away and toward the stallion claiming her. When she saw him she didn't crack at his handsomeness or fall to his knees saying how clever he was, she just looked at him and shook her mane "if Blazer is the stallion I think he is he will fight you" she said and laughed but did not smile.
She flicked her tail to get rid of the flies and looked deep into his eyes and snorted "never will I do what you say, never will I produce your foals and never will I back you up" she said "what is your name stallion?" she said. Her hoof stamped the ground and she lifted her elegant head high "you know my name but you don't know me young stallion, and that might be fatal" she said and laughed but again she never smiled.

Kyoushire gazed at the mare that came forth to him. As she glared at him, he smiled. "Well then, let's wait and see what happens then shall we?" as he waited silently, he smiled again, it was a cold smile, but none the less, a smile. "That is fine by me, I have no intentions of any of those, but only to claim you, and bring you into my grasp, where you will stay until some stallion attempts to steal you." Then she continued on. "I am Kyoushire." he said, and, as she still continued, he listened, auds perked forward. "I doubt that much." he whispered coldly, his eyes

Blazer Snorted. He trotted over to the bold stallion "What do yu think you are doing!" He spoke, coldly. He reared up, ears pinned back at the stallion. "You are so going to regret this!" he hissed "I Blazer, Challenge you, for this mare" he snorted. There was no way he would let this happen. If this stallion thought he could just walk in here and take her, then so be it.
But then he thought of something. Tammy was not officially in his herd, therefore, she was no ones to steal, and still had her freedom. This could be her way out of this. he looked at Tammy with a satistfied look "Tammy does not have a place in my herd yet, therefore, she still has her freedom, and no one can steal her, if no one has her. It is up to her to decide weather she goes with you, or with me" He drew himself up to full height. This stallion wasn't so smart after all.
