The creamy coat of a stallion blinded everything in sight. Crown swung side to side ever so slightly as he raced away from the confining lands of the humans. The cremello had jumped the paddock fence easily, and had galloped away unseen. He was on a mission. A mission to join the wild things of the lands. He had often watched them from the paddock, galloping on the hills, framed by a sunset.
It was his dream to be able to merge with them forever. To start this mission of his, he decided to follow the scent the was strongest, which just so happened to be the royal neutrals of Autumn Mountain. He did not know this, and freely intruded on their lands, letting out happy cries into the air.
An overwhelming scent overtook him, and he cocked his head to one side. Tango lifted nostrils to the air and breathed hard.
"Hello! I wish to join you!"
He called, not letting himself get overwhelmed. He tried to hold himself together, but ended up dancing slightly in a circle. He would not take no as an answer. Not when he had tried so hard to get here. Not after what he'd been through to get her. Tiredness and no water was part of it. He had traveled for at least a day, and his domestic body wasn't used to all the activity.

The little white filly that Blazer had found and saved on the way to Autumn Mountain had started a happy life in her new herd. She couldn't remember much about her past, except glimpses of her pure black mother, though nothing of her father. She wanted to adopt the ways of the Neutrals, though like most fillies, she really just wanted to play. There weren't many in the herd for her to play with, so she settled with Basilisk and Blazer, and whatever other animals happened to be lying around. Now was one of the first times she had wandered away from Blazer and Basilisk, but she was thrilled. The air of excitement swirled all around her, and when the scent of another horse caught in her nostrils, her whole body seemed to vibrate.
Her snowy pelt was no help at all at trying to hide her among the brush, but she didn't want to be hidden, that much was obviously clear. "You wish to join?" she asked, bursting out into the little clearing where the cremello stallion stood. Aurora marveled for a moment how his color matched hers almost perfectly, but she soon recognized that he was much different than Blazer, the one she considered her father. "You're not from around here, are you?" she questioned, her eyes narrowing cautiously. Even if he said no, she would still bring him back, she didn't care. Aurora was just trying to please her 'parents'.

Tango craned his neck towards the bushes where a small rustling came from. Stamping his foot impatiently, he let out a sharp nicker. Who was this thing rustling the bushes? Surely not the lead, because he would have just walked right through the bushes with his head showing.
A fluffy little white thing burst through them with an authoritative air. A confused look was plastered to his face as the foal started speaking. He shook his head, letting his mane settle lightly. Flicking his banner, crown lowered until at the same height as the filly's.
"Haha, yea. But what can you do about that, little one?"
He laughed, a happy sound. Maybe this was the lead's foal. If so, he better be kind to it. But what if it wasn't? Then he would have been taken advantage of by this little white foal. Deciding to believe that it was somehow related to someone powerful, he blew out softly.
"I lived with the humans. Awful bunch. Where is your father, or your mother?"
He said, demanding the end bit slightly. Sighing, he shook his head once again. It was a habit of his, ever since the humans tried to start saddle training him. The would always stick a cold metal thing in his mouth and attach a halter to it with rope. The would try to sit on him and make him move.

"Don't stomp your foot at me!" Aurora said, a little pout coming across her maw. She grinned as the stallion lowered his head to be equal to hers, not really expecting him to lower it even lower than hers, if that were the case, he would probably end up falling over. "Haha, yea. But what can you do about that, little one?" At this her amber eyes narrowed, and her own fluffy little neck arched. "What can I do? Whatever I want to do, stallion." she said, not actually knowing the answer to that one, but, it should work. Her fluffy white tail swung from side to side as she surveyed over the stallion, still wondering about his coloring. She narrowed her eyes again when he laughed. "Whats so funny?" and then, the snort? Who did he think he was!"I lived with the humans. Awful bunch. Where is your father, or your mother?" She ignored his demanding tone at the end, and rose her head high, snout sticking in the air, covering up for the fact her insides just twisted. "They'll probably be here in a minute!" she said back, brusquely. She almost thought he said who, and to that it would have been an easy answer, Basilisk and Blazer, the King and Queen of the Neutral Lands... but he had to ask where. The truth was, she didn't know, but she just considered them her parents, though the question seemed to stab at her heart.

"What is your name, anyways?"
Tango asked, stretching his neck as it grew cramped from being in one place for so long. He lowered his face slightly once again, though it was slightly higher than the little filly's. He laughed again as she pouted, snapping at him like she was his mother. Shrugging, he pretended to glare at her.
"Have you not learned the meaning of 'respect your elders', filly?"
He snapped, though not meanly. He was just joking around with her, though she may not notice his sarcasm.
Tango was starting to like the spunky little girl, though he noticed that she didn't look as stubborn as she sounded. Her face was twisting with thoughts, though he didn't know what the were. Rolling his eyes, he noticed that she lifted her head to hide her face, trying to look proud and strong.
"You're the one that is funny. You think you own the world. Ah, who are your parents by the way?"
The question trickled out, though he had meant to not say anything. Piercing azure eyes stared into the filly's.

Aurora's fluffy ears tilted towards the stallion again as he spoke. "My name, stallion, is Aurora." she said proudly, raising her head still higher. Her head was now once again level with the stallion that was much taller than her, and she saw his pitiful attempt at glaring. "Oh, and work at that glare. It couldn't even fool a light! Let alone me!" she said, trying to keep the laugh from her voice. It was really pitiful. She did smirk at his comment, well, she tried to smirk. It really was a smile though, but she tried to hold it as a smirk. "Elders? Are you calling yourself old now? Tsk tsk." She noted the sarcasm in his voice and the playful light that seemed to dance off his eyes as he said his remark about the elders.
"Really now? What makes me so very funny?" she asked curiously, ignoring that he sort of mentioned about owning the world, until she decided to answer it. "Of course I don't own the world! But at the moment I'm high in ranking in the herd, so, that makes me higher than you!" she said happily, dousing the stubborn filly appearance she had tried to put on. "My parents... my parents are Blazer and Basilisk." she said firmly, very obviously leaving no room up for discussion about it.
