Personality: Rosco is a very hyper puppy. He's very friendly, and likes to cuddle, but he enjoys doing something active. If he thinks he can get away with something, he will. He's not going to be the easiest to train, however, if you teach him you say what you mean, he'll listen.
History: Rosco was sent to the pound because his previous owners were in a car accident, they weren't able to keep him afterward, and he was taken to the pound, hoping that he would get a good home there.
