Chloe is a sweet girl, but she tends to take things too far. She's very dramatic and is a talented singer, but she can also be a little obsessed with some things. For example, she is absolutely in love with Ziggy Zarrodi, the famous detective. She has posters of him covering her walls, computer screensaver and background, and just about everywhere else. She's been in therapy before to try to cure her obsession, but to no avail. She has her mind set on finding Z and having him fall in love with her so that they can live happily together forever on.
History:
Chloe grew up in a strange family. Her father was always away at work for months at a time, traveling the world and not coming home but for a week at the most before setting back off to continue his adventures in photography. This was tearing their family apart and her mother had to stay at home and raise Chloe instead of be with her husband. Her mother finally got a divorce and Chloe kind of fell apart since then. She turned to her obsession for comfort and stability.
