her personality is something that is hard to figure out at first because she appears quiet and almost shy but behind the mask, different things stir. she had a very devious mind which she uses to her advantage when she gets caught in a bind. if that tactic doesn't work, she can resort to violence but it is something she rarely does but if the occasion calls, she'll be there. she has almost and alter egothat makes her being placed in a single herd a tricky feat. she can be kind and caring, listening to what others have to say and actually giving out her own advice. so, the question is, where exactly does she fit in?
history
not much is remembered of her past because it has been erased by her own careful plotting. the early years were no problem because she flourished in the care of a loving mother. her father taught her everything she knew while her half brother was there as someone to lean on in hard times. just like any normal herd, that very same brother, rhyme, was driven out to be on his own. nothing more was heard from him besides that fact that he is still alive, and possibly here. her mother passed when her time came and no hard feeling were shared. it was when her father, leader of the small band, was over thrown and killed that the memory begins to become sketchy.
once held in high esteem for being the lead's treasured daughter, our little bay was cast to the bottom of the lot, lower than the common mares. she was treated as if she didn't exist so when she backed out, no one noticed but the lead stallion's lead mare. she had issues with our little mare from the start but she wasn't shamed to see her go. after months of wondering, solitary life didn't seem so hard until she stepped foot on these lands where being solitary probably isn't the best idea.

personality
he hates the fact that there are creatures that love without questioning what exactly they are loving. many call him close-minded and quiet in which he is but there is the other part of him that is completely unafraid to speaking what he wishes and doing as he wishes. he can be brutal in both words and physical contact but he never acts without thinking things over first. some may call him cunning for this trait because his arguments make since and often he wins the verbal battles if not several of the physical ones. there is a soft spot in his heart, however, opened by only one damsel in which he poured everything he had. they got along beautifully but no other has been able to crack the stone wall built up.
history
unlike his younger sister, everything in his past in remembered with a strange clarity. youth was not so much a pleasant journey as a mediocre one for our little colt. for his first year, he spent his time learning from his father the ways of the world and being a stallion in it. when the little bundle of joy he called his sister tumbled into the world, things seemed to liven as the pair explored and taught one another what they knew and had learned. the two were inseperable for two long years and many swore that they were twins by the way they seemed to complete each other's sentances and act together without saying a word. then, like it always does, the day came when our small colt had to be driven away from his herd. it would have been likely that he would have taken over for his father except for the fact that the two had a violent argument over the ways of the ruling.
leaving in a huff, our now strapping young stallion forged his own path though he never really did forget the violence that he had displayed toward his own father. the shame of it is that the hurt and anger stayed with him as he wondered alone occasionally accepting the company of a travelling mare before moving on. now, he has wondered to this land where it is rumored that his sister has chosen a home. his decision on loyality, however, was a simple one while she struggles with her motives.
