Z had woken up that day with a feeling of nervousness. Wait, this wasn't right! What's wrong with this picture? the great Agent Z, nervous? He bit his thumb as he wandered aimlessly around the entire ranch house. Maybe sugar would help.... he decided to eat a chocolate bar, didn't help at all, now he was nervous and hyper!
Jerry Lee walked up to his master, pawing at his leg, as though attempting to comfort him. Or maybe he was just hungry? More than likely just hungry, dogs, even German Shepherds, weren't so intelligent to simply -know- when their master felt worried.
Ziggy swallowed back a lump in his throat as he started getting ready for the wedding. His suit was just a typical tuxedo, the only difference was that he wore the shoes a bit more loosely so that they would slip off easier when it was time to take them off.
Axel, ever since Z had met him the few months he had known him, had been a very good friend to Z, and so, to make sure he didn't chicken out from cold feet, he stayed overnight.
Ziggy sighed as he and Axel talked for a while after Ziggy had managed into his tux. "You are sure you are Okay, yes?" Axel asked in his German accent. Ziggy bit his thumb once more, but nodded, he felt so worried he almost felt sick.
"Hey, take it easy, it's just a vedding..." "easy for you to say when you're still considered simply dating or are still single." Axel shrugged. "Ze time vill come for me..." Ziggy chuckled slightly, Axel just smiled "Ah, you laugh, I got to remember zat..."

Vivian was sitting on the bed in one of the cabins. She was tapping her feet. She walked to the window, wondering how Ziggy was feeling. Her dress was on the bed with her shoes, veil and bouquet. She sat down and looked in the mirror. Her hair was already done. She had just been to the hairdressers. The woman was terrified. It was her wedding. A smile came to her lips as she picked up her phone. She decided to text Ziggy Please say I'm not the only one with nerves. See you at the alter. Viv. she closed the phone and sighed.
She heard a knock at the door. Her mother came in. A smile lit up on her face. "Mum!" came her voice. She smiled. "You're going to look amazing. Now lets get you into this dress" she said and Vivian couldn't help but smile. Her mother helped her with the dress and when it was done she looked in the mirror again. She looked beautiful. Her mother also put her veil on top of her head and over her face. Vivian slipped on her heeled shoes and took the bouquet in one hand.
She sat on the bed carefully. Waiting for Vivian and Stella to arrive. Her father was waiting outside. He would walk her down the aisle traditionally. She wondered again what Ziggy was doing. She started to wander around the small cabin. Her mother sitting on the single bed. It wouldn't be long before the guests started to arrive. Including Roxy. Her bridesmaid. Rory would probably be with them. He would have Dorothy with him most probably. In the presence of her mother she felt calmer. More relaxed but the nerves still ate away at her. This was her big day.

Roxy woke up with a start, jumping out of the bed. She was going to be late, and just because she'd overslept. To put it simply, she was quite annoyed with herself, or maybe her broken alarm clock. Then again, she was the one that had broken it. Heaving a frustrated sigh, she threw on some grungy old jeans and a t-shirt, that she wasn't exactly sure if it was clean. Presentable? Not in the least. But she was supposed to be there by now, and wasn't it their job to doll her up or something? Yeah, if she wasn't a friend of the bride, Vivian, and the maid of honor, she wouldn't even bother. Plus, she hated wearing dresses, and they were going to stick her in this light blue dress that came way to low for her liking, and was also a lot tighter around her slim waist than she would've liked. She had already decided today's proceedings was going to kill her. That phrase, if it's the last thing I'll do, yeah, it was definitely going to come true today.
Rushing out of her room, she stuck a note on the counter, telling Rory that she had left to get ready, and that he better make sure he showed up on time. No way was she going through this torture completely alone! Hurriedly, she ran outside, jumping into her beat up old truck, and driving towards her friend's ranch. When she pulled up, she noted with relief that there was still plenty of time (in her mind that is). It wasn't like she knew how ridiculously long it took to dress up for this fancy shmancy events. Parking, she hopped out of the truck, and went inside. Finding her way easily, to Vivian's room. With a grin, she sidled into the room, smiling at her friend, already dressed up in her wedding gown. "Hey Viv, nervous yet?" She greeted, teasingly.

JAKE Jake ran a hand through his dark hair, squinting at himself in the mirror. He'd gotten up a little over twenty minutes ago, and he was still trying to decide if he was presentable enough for the wedding. If his sister had been with him, she'd be laughing her head off. He sighed, shaking his head slightly at his reflection. He was already decked out in a suit and tie, so technically, he was ready to head over to the ranch where the wedding was being held. He was the best man after all, it was like his job to be there early. Quickly, he walked outside, and got into his car, starting the engine and driving towards his friend's ranch. Surprisingly, Ziggy was actually his friend. Jake didn't usually get along with other guys, seeing them as a threat, but him and Ziggy were good friends, which was probably one of the only reasons he was going to the wedding. That, and to check out any hot girls that might arrive.
He pulled up towards the ranch house, and hopped out of the car. He walked inside the building, not bothering to knock and see if it was okay to come in. He tilted his head at the comical scene. Ziggy, the famous detective, was nervous. About getting married. He couldn't help a light chuckle that passed his parted lips. "Geez, I thought it was the bride's job to get all flustered before the wedding." Jake commented casually, walking in the room with a lazy smirk on his lips while he regarded his friend.

Stella emerged from the cabin opposite the one Vivian was holed up in, carefully shouldering her dress so that it didn't drag across the dirt. Her hair had been cut short in recent days and hung in a chique bob, framing a rather grim face. She dreaded the wedding, in a way. But there were going to be people there - hopefully people that would include cute guys of the sort that a girl such as herself could wrap around her little finger - and it didn't matter much. She'd always hated being a bridesmaid, having to stand aside while some blushing pretty girl took the spotlight. The door was just closing as a disheveled-looking Roxy made her way into the cabin, and now it opened again as Stella herself strode in the room, with a fake grin that had all the resonance of acid but seemed utterly sincere.
"Good morning, Vivian, darling," she said brightly (although she could barely keep the sneer out of her voice), "Roxy. Nice day for a wedding. Nervous, Vivian?" Really just mindless tittering chitter-chatter. Not that it mattered. She glanced over the pair, barely letting her eyes linger on Roxy (who she had never been particularly fond of - she believed that the feeling was mutual) before glancing over at Vivian with an almost wolfish smile. "Oh, Vivian darling, that dress is simply fabulous. You look simply amazing," she cooed, fawning over the bride with all the sinceirity of a cobra. It was almost odd that she'd been chosen as a bridesmaid, she reflected. After all, she was more of an employee than a friend to Vivian, but same attracts same, she supposed. Almost odd that she herself had wanted the attractive (and very rich) detective almost a year ago for herself. Now she did not envy Vivian her position in life.
ooc;; Okay. That was seriously almost more fun than Ivan. xP. Rory's going to show up later, since he has absolutely no reason to be at the ranch as of yet.

Ziggy chuckled a bit, hearing Jake's comment. He hadn't exactly seemed like one to get married, and now here he was, about to be married to the girl of his dreams. He was also smiling for almost no reason at all, unles you count that he was getting married.
Axel looked up at Jake, merely nodding in greeting, then looked back at Ziggy. He was mostly here for the support of his friend. Not much more reason, he already had a girlfriend anyway. He smiled at Ziggy, trying to keep him calm. "So, ven is ze vedding exactly, anyvay?"
Ziggy sighed, "Not entirely sure, seeing as Vivian didn't give an exact time, just around noon, that could be anywhere from eleven-thirty to one O'clock." He said "And that's just in my opinion." He muttered, then looked around, as though seeing his surroundings for the first time. Then muttered "I'm..... getting.... married...." he then breathed heavily.
"I've heard of getting cold feet..." Axel muttered, shaking his head a bit.

Vivian heard the door open and she saw Roxy come in. A smile lit up on her face. Her mother kissed her cheek before leaving. "Nervous? Well, just a bit. I watched a film yesterday and the guy said 'I don't'. Its been playing on my mind ever since even though I know Ziggy wouldn't do that" she said and opened up the wardrobe. She took out the blue dress. Just as she had laid the second down Stella came into the cabin. She turned and looked at the two girls. "Hey Stella. And I've had worse. Ziggy in a coma, labour and the whole kidnap. It seems he is just a magnet for EVERYTHING" she said. Walking around the room she kicked off her heeled shoes. She didn't want to get blisters yet. Otherwise every step she took down the aisle she would go 'ow, ow, ow'. That wouldn't be good for anyone taking a video of the wedding. Please say no press arrived. If that happened she would literally take a gun and shoot them. Even if it got her put in jail. Ziggy could probably bail her out. He was rich anyway!
When Stella talked again a smile came across her face. "Thanks. It took me weeks to find the right one" she said and then turned to Roxy. "I'm so aiming the bouquet at you. Who knows, another wedding might be on the way!" she said teasing her about Rory. She picked up a dress and looked at Roxy. "You may hate it but I must say, it will look amazing on you" she told her and knew it was true. Rory would probably think she looked amazing in it. She then twirled the engagement ring around her finger. It had become a habit of hers. She tucked a strand of hair behind her ear. She shifted her weight to one foot to the other. The nerves were building up. She thought of that film 'the runaway bride'. She had hated everyone staring at her so she had always ran away. Before, the film had made her laugh. Now, it stacked her nerves. Why is it that weddings made you so nervous. It was the biggest day of your life. She had already wrote a speech. It had made her cry when she wrote it. It was one of those things.

Roxy grinned at her friend, shaking her head. "You're not nervous. You're paranoid. I don't think watching those movies was a good idea." She laughed, smiling kindly at Vivian. "You really need to relax, Viv. You don't want to be sweating down the aisle. I'm pretty sure that should be kept for the farm work." Roxy rolled her eyes. She watched her friend take out a dress, but didn't really pay attention, because Stella came into the cabin at that exact moment. She greeted the girl with a cool smile, trying to be polite. It was true, she didn't get along with Stella, but she always made an effort to be nice, that was just how she was. Roxy wasn't honestly sure why Stella was a bridesmaid, but she honored her friend's choice, and was desperately trying to make peace with the other woman. "Nice to see you Stella. I'm glad you could make it." Roxy stated in greeting, her brown eyes fixed on Stella, still trying to see through her, she never could though. Roxy honestly tended to miss body language, or hidden signals, it never was her strong point.
Roxy looked over at Vivian when she said something about the bouquet toss. She narrowed her eyes playfully. "Don't you dare. And I have no idea what you're talking about." She responded quickly, running a hand through her frazzled coffee brown hair. At the next comment, Roxy froze, glaring at the blue dress with a horror stricken face. She knew that she was going to have to dress up, wearing a dress and heels and whatever, but.. but… This dress was insane! It wasn't pink, but that was all it had going for it. The dress had a to low neckline of her liking, but she would wear it. Why? Because this was her friend's big day, and she was going to be nice and do what she was told. However much that was against her nature. "Great…" Roxy muttered back sarcastically. She took the dress, holding it away from her like it was some wild animal that was going to attack her at any moment. "If I hurt myself today, it's going to weight on your conscience." She joked, referring to the fact that she wasn't used to wearing heels, or dresses for that matter.

JAKE- Jake grinned at his friend, happy to see that the humor wasn't lost on him. He sat down at the table, regarding both Axel and Ziggy, calmly. He wasn't nervous at all. Heck, this was an opportune moment to meet some pretty girls. He grinned wolfishly at the two other men. Jake nodded back at Axel, not bothering to say a verbal hello. He didn't personally know Axel, and to be honest had no desire to. He was a solo act, for the most part. He didn't get along with other guys usually, Ziggy was a rare exception. Besides, he could always pull the best friend of the famous detective card to pick up some chicks. Jake definitely wasn't above that. He looked back over at Axel when he spoke, before glancing at Ziggy, waiting for a response.
"Wow, you'd think that girl of yours would be more specific. She seems kind of controlling, ya know. So I just figured…" He shrugged his shoulders. He hadn't meant to insult Ziggy, so he hoped his friend hadn't taken it that way. It just seemed like Vivian was one of the girls who would've made all the details up months prior to the actually event. He laughed at Ziggy's next comment. "Don't start hyperventilating on me. I for one, haven't put saving my friend from certain death on my to do list." He said sarcastically. He smirked, chuckling slightly at Axel's comment.

STELLA
Stella laughed at the notion that Ziggy would leave Vivian at the altar. "Calm down, Vivian, Ziggy's not that kind of guy," the dark glint, cold as steel, in her eye told a different story. It was all too sad. The rich guy pretends to fall in love with some common girl. Not your fairy tale ending. But an all too average one. Stella did not think in terms of fairy tales, was not all after whim and fancy. In fact, she thought that this wedding was of the shotgun variety. Guy gets girl pregnant. Feels bad about it. Marries her. Things don't work out. Again, all too average, all too real.
She turned her fake grin to Roxy, her voice coated in honey, "Nice to see you too, Roxy." Her eyes ran the length of the frazzled figure, the messy hair and the not too special looks. She thought differently about the dress, but wouldn't say so. Roxy was far too reserved - she could really be lovely if she tried in the least. All the same, although Stella wasn't particularly fond of her, she wasn't about to go and get in a fight on Vivian's wedding day or whatever. That would be a terrible faux pas, and stupid to boot. And whatever Stella was, she wasn't stupid.
RORY/GRACE
"Remind me again why I have to get up so early?" Rory yawned, rubbing at the corner of his eye groggily while Grace fussed over Dorothy May. Grace shot him a glance, but didn't say anything, and he grinned sheepishly, fiddling with his tie. He didn't like the suit, but was forced to wear it. He was standing in as official babysitter, after all. "You're going to have to help me with this, by the way," he said, as the knot came undone again. Years out of practice had not done wonders for his knot-tying abilities - he could tie a half-hitch and that was about it. "Fine. Give me half a second, ok?" Grace was abnormally on edge, he reflected, considering that she didn't even know Vivian. She'd spent all morning getting Dorothy May ready for her big appearance, all decked out in a little dress of her own and looking none-too-happy.
"Aw, shucks," Rory said, coming up behind his sister, "it's going to be fine, you know that? Even if she spits up all over herself or cries the whole time, nothing's going to happen." Grace rolled her eyes, "Alright, whatever you say. Hold Dorothy May while I change, ok?" She qupped, leaving her rather bemused brother holding the baby, who was making faces to herself. "Dotty, Dotty," he murmured, "you know, sometimes I think you and I are the only normal ones around here...." He murmured, sitting on the couch and watching as the baby messed with his (still untied) tie. Grace appeared about a half-hour later, it seemed, looking stunning in her lavender dress (no heels - like Roxy, she had zero ability to walk in them. "Here, let me see that tie of yours, and then we'd better go," she said, as Rory grinned at her. "You look nice," he said, as she fixed the knot and grinned back at him, slightly reassured.
