How perfect. How wonderful. The thoughts zipped through the bests mind but he made no attempt to stop them. He had gotten news that his dear sister Falcon had been captured. Indeed his time to rise was near. He would be the leader. The dark king! All that was left was to go claim his throne. A deep throated cackle left his maw as he exited the caves. The sun struck his ebony and ivory hued pelt and he cursed under his breath. The one thing that ruined this day. It wasn't raining. He had wanted the day he rose to power to be dark and dreary. Just like his reign would be. A wicked smirked showed on his veneer as he started walking. Boa arched proudly and tresses cascading around his nape. Tongue flicked out and slid over his his teeth in satisfaction. Liquid pools narrowed and his pace quickened. Banner lashed back and forth behind him. Perfection. This day was absolute perfection. Well except for the aforementioned weather. Another twisted cackle erupted from his mug and his gait changed to a fast paced trot. Banner blowing back behind him. Nares dilated to inhale any scents as he entered his sisters land. Oh how he could hardly wait to take over. This whole land would be his. Nothing would stop him. He would be the best and the worst dark king to ever walk upon the lands. Liquid brown hued pools stared out emotionlessly at the terra. It would all be his. Every last piece of it. He couldn't help but once again smirk at his sisters misfortune. How foolish she had been. He had seen what happened to horses that got taken from the range. Yes he was happy that her life would be miserable. It was just what that blasted wretch deserved. Ebonite pistons thudded on the ground as he drew nearer to his destination. To the middle of the lands where he would make his claim. So that all could hear. His call would echo from that center point to every little crevice in the dark lands. The bi colored monster finally reached his destination. Boa still arched to show his magnificent facade. A deadly smirk upon his veneer. Parting his velvet kissers he formed his words. "I, Dazeedo, am now your king!" Yes, simple. But straight to the point. He had no wish to talk to much. He was king and that was all there was to it. Indeed no longer would he live in his sisters shadow. He would be known throughout the lands. People would tremble in fear and awe when they heard his name. Equines would flock to join his herd. He would be in a dark paradise. His dark paradise.
