Here is Description:

16 Acres of land. All paddocks are 4 acres each. Two watering troughs in each paddock. Large oak trees for shade. The horses get fed a showing supplement. The stables are for horses waiting to compete. 30 stalls all complete with a fan, an automatic waterer and bedding.
