THis is a poem written for my cattery on CT it was the only good one I could find online...Alot of my poems are "dark" 
Critiques are loved, but if you don't like it say why please.
I gave you my heart,
I gave you my soul.
Right from the start,
I thought we were whole.
Forever together,
Never apart,
Through dark cloudy weather,
You were there in my heart.
But what I didn't know,
Is I was worth more than your love.
Your eyes seemed to glow,
As the surgeon slipped on the glove.
When I never awoke,
You seemed to alight,
Because that small note,
Would change your life.
As the lawyer read the will,
You almost screamed in excitement.
I gave you every last bill,
Is this what my love had meant then?
You flew around the world,
You went over seas,
You must have felt like a Lord,
Living off of Shattered Legacies.
