Description of house: This ranch is in a run down state. The house is little more than a hut, with one bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and lounge. Outside are two badly fenced paddocks, and an indoor training arena. The buildings have seen better days, but the paddocks are secure, and there are half a dozen loose boxes at the back of the house that have been recently renovated.
