Kenya
Kenya was sitting in her pickup truck, cruising down the road, and listening to Taylor Swift's song "Our Song". She was on the country station and it seemed that Taylor Swift was a firm favorite. In the last 10 minutes they had played 2 of her songs. Which is quite a bit more than normal. Her hands tapped the steering wheel in time for the beat of the music and her green eyes stayed on the road ahead. She was off to another check-up and was slightly late in fact. She figured at the rate she was going, she would be there in five or so minutes. It was Spring and the perfect temperature. Not to hot, not to cold. That one little part in between, where everyone wants to be outside. This was the kind of day that she liked to go and make 'house' calls.
The rumble of the engine stopped completely as she pulled the key from the ignition. Glancing over at the house. She figured she would start there, though most people were often in the barn or in the practice rings and such. It was just safer to start out at the house, plus it was a lot less walking time. Kenya didn't bother to grab her equipment from the trunk just yet, she didn't want to have to lug them around till she knew where the animals were that needed the check-up. Walking up to the door she tapped loudly on the door with the knuckles of her fingers, then stood waiting.

Rex's ears perked up and he barked. Selena looked at him and hear the rumble of a car. It suddenly clicked that Dr. Miller was here. She gave Mocha one last pat on her head and ran her hand down her neck before exiting and locking the stall door behind her. Mocha whinnied a good-bye. "Come on." She said and her two dogs padded happily behind her. As she stepped out of the barn, she saw Kenya Miller waiting on her door step. "Hello Dr. Miller!" She called as she jogged over to her. Rex and Eva bolted past her and ran towards the doctor. Eva slowed and cautiously sniffed her before her tail started to wag and she seemed to smile. Rex, being less cautious by nature, jumped up to meet her. Selena clapped her hands and whistled. "Bad dog Rex." He dropped down and wagged his tail slightly. She finally reached the vet and extended her hand. "Nice to see you again, Dr. Miller." She glanced down at Eva and Rex, who obediently sat behind her, although she did see their tail wagging 100 miles a minute.

Kenya
Kenya smiled as she waited in front of the door. It wasn't a bad day to be outside, enjoying the warm, but not to hot, air. Winter wasn't here, and she was really happy by that fact. Fall and Spring were just so much better. Both in between hot and cold. That perfect centered temperature. Where everyone wants to be outside, enjoying the glorious day. Though she had already had those thoughts today, they kept coming back, persistently. She hummed her own little tune as she waited. She was a rather patient person, and waiting wasn't something that was hard for her. A firm smile stayed on her lips and her grin eyes sparkled and danced.
At the sound of her name, well her last name, she turned around. Smiling as she saw a younger girl coming toward her. Her smile widened as the dogs bolted towards her, she loved all kinds of animals, obviously why she had become a vet. She stood still as the dog jumped on her, full well knowing that he most likely wasn't allowed to have that kind of behavior. When he was obeying his owner again she gave him a quick pat on the head, ruffling his silky ears slightly. Extending her own hand she shook the hand of the other girl, in a light grasp. "You too" She answered with a smile. "Now which one is it that needs shots?" She looked down at the two dogs that were sitting by their owner.
