Name of character going to own Ranch: Rykos
Ranch Name: Forest Flare Ranch
How many people are going to live there?: Around 3 in the main house.
Any animals besides horses living there?: Shrapnel
Description of house: (Near Phoenix Racing Stables)
The main house looks like a beautiful cabin on the outside, with an olive green roof that matches the beautiful scenery around it. It is actually two stories, though it doesn't seem like so with the towering trees around it. On the inside there is a odd, but good looking olive-ish green-ish carpet. This is in the living room, where there is a large faux-black-leather couch, with a 40" tv that came with the house. To the left of the door, on the right is the living room, there is the kitchen. It's pretty normal, a stove, oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher/dryer. Really standard. Nothing's at the top of the line, but it's all good appliances. There is also a medium sized room to the right when you walk in the kitchen, holding a large dining table that could easy fit 6, probably 8.
On the upstairs there are three bedrooms, only one at the moment is being occupied, by Rykos himself. The bedding in one is gold, the other silver, and the other a copper color. Rykos' father loved metallics, so that's where the bedding came from, until Ry can find the heart to get rid of it. He occupies the room with the silver, thats at the end of the carpeted walkway. To the right and left are the copper and gold rooms, all holding pretty much the same furniture, and their own bathroom. Theres a sink, a shower and a toilet in each bathroom. While a dresser with drawers and a sliding door closet lie in each room.
The outside around the cabin is slightly charred from when a forest fire spewed flames everywhere, and even though they just edge onto the forest, the flames caught around the house, though luckily much wasn't damaged. The whole property, including a 12 horse barn, two large pastured, a corral, a training ring, and a equipment room all came from his dad, who left no horses, just the ranch to his son, Ry. There is a river running up right by the main house, and it branches off into a little pool in between the two houses, slightly farther back. The river runs into the two horse pastures, and then dissapears into the forest once again. There are some small waterfalls right behind the edge of the main house, and when I say small, I mean small. About half a foot drop perhaps. Dont go commiting suicide..
Rykos doesn't talk about his father much, and if you become an emplyee you'll sooner than later end up finding out. To the immediate left of the house, also bordering the forest, there is the guest house, where the employees would stay. Right now there isn't much, just three beds to a room, and two rooms.
