s c r e a m - i t: Taskin p o s i t i o n - w a n t e d: Baron w a t c h - h i m: Taskin's thundering daggers consumed his mind and audits. His orbs were fixed on his destination. He could see him now. The Fosse de Sabel royal. He wanted to stand beside him, help him run his herd. He wanted to be Baron. He wanted power, but did not want to be on top. Well not yet anyways. He wasn't prepared for that. He needed experience as a high ranked noble before he could ever dream of ruling a herd.
The Fosse de Sabel lands were wonderful, and he'd like nothing but to steal them for Embezzlement. Still, he would never do such a thing. He was looking to the lead stallion to give him experience, which would hopefully lead to him one day stealing someone else's land. Until that time would come, he would live here, and hopefully be Baron. Once he felt he had the experience, he may leave, but he would stay loyal to this herd, and fight alongside Embezzlement if he needed him.
Taskin perked his audits as he neared the royal. His nares were filled with the scent of the leader. You could tell he was powerful, just from his stance, his scent, and his vibe. His darkness was powerful, showing how dedicated to this alliance he was. This did not phase Taskin. He was loyal to the dark alliance as much as any other stallion or mare. He would rather die, then to ever be anything but dark. This was what he was supposed to be. Never a neutral or light.
Taskin arrived and stood before the leader. He halted squarely, and arched his neck into a bow. He lifted his head once again, his orbs fixed on Embezzlement's. He swished his tail, shooing away some annoying flies. Winter was amazing, because there were no flies. Spring and summer always brought him deep annoyance due to the pesky things.
Taskin could smell other horses and herds in the distance. He could also smell the scent of a previously powerful stallion, which suggests Embezzlement had just recently stolen this land. I can help him build this place. I can help him make this place a amazing empire. I can defend this empire to the death, and my death will not come quickly. Taskin thought to himself. Just the thought of a fight got him excited, he loved to fight, mostly because he always won, but also for the adrenaline rush of it all. It was an amazing high for him, to defeat his enemies without any hesitation or struggle. His massive size certainly aided in that. He could be general of a herd's army, but that wasn't what he wanted. He wanted to rule over the army, not be in it. He'd been general in to many herds, and he knew what it was like. You just get lost between the cracks when your general. But Baron, or duke as some herds called it, now that was a worthy title.
Taskin began to speak, calling out to the leader he hoped to soon stand beside. Embezzlement m'lord, I would like to join your herd. I don't just want to be another stallion lost between them seams though. I'd like to be honored with the status of the Fosse de Sabel Baron. I will promise you I will serve you will, and I will forever be loyal to you and your herd. I will fight beside you or for you. I will defend this herd with my life. All I ask is that I be placed as the Baron. I can assure you, you will never regret choosing me for this rank.
Taskin stood silently, waiting for the leader's reply. He did not get shaken or lose any confidence. He stood with purpose, showing he wasn't a push over, and that he was definitely worthy of the rank. His orbs stayed fixed on the leaders, and his audits were perked. His banner still swished back and forth, trying to rid his hind legs of the flies. His ebony mane blew gently in the wind, flowing back towards his withers. The silence was long, but still bearable.

Congratulations, TASKINYou have been accepted for the rank of BARON If you should ever betray our herd, however, you shall feel my teeth and my hate and all of my darkness unleashed upon you. And trust me, that would not end well for you. As baron, you shall be trusted more than any other... and if you betray that trust I will be very unhappy indeed.

You need not worry Embezzlement. I would never betray a stallion of your power and success. I thank you for making the right choice, and promise to serve you with my life.

Taskin has, sadly, been removed from his post due to Roxy's leaving. The station is now open, but if she ever returns, Taskin has full rights to the position and will gain it from whoever has taken it over unless I see it unfit to do so.
