Elizabeth watched out the window of the car as it drove down the road and toward American Dream Stables. Her brother, Tim, was driving and he swung round the bend and up the road which led to the house. "Thanks Tim" she said before stepping out the car after looking in her pocket mirror which was in her bag to check her hair and make-up. She saw everything was top notch and a wide grin spread on her face as she smoothed out her top and walked up toward the front door of the house. Her blond hair had been put in ringlets and it set nicely on her black top. Her plain jeans covered her legs and her brother drummed his fingers on the dashboard of the Porsche. She pressed the door bell and waited for Ava to answer the door.
Tim started to put the suitcases out of the boot and place them on the ground near his sister before stepping back in the car and driving off. Elizabeth turned around at once to see the car driving away "bye Tim" she muttered before looking around once more. She rode well as her parents taught her loads of different things and riding in case she did any horse films. Unfortunately she never did get a career in acting but now she was in this small town and already had a good friend.

Ava McRae
Ava grumbled incoherently under her breath. She was currently sitting at a large desk, doing something she hated the most, finances. It wasn't terrible, but gosh, it was extremely boring. A small sigh escaped her lips as she looked at the papers, satisfied with her finished result. She had been doing it for an hour, and was just sick and tired of it. Thankfully, it was done for now. A tightlipped smile covered her pink glossed lips, and she stood. Usually she was dressed expensively, but today she was going to work her horse, Dayze. Well, sometime today. She was wearing a pair of dark denim blue jeans, with a flow-y blue blouse that wrapped around her torso perfectly. Not exactly low key to most people, but definitely toned down for Ava.
The doorbell sounded, and she jumped practically a foot in the air, one hand covering the area where her hammering heart was. Shaking her head slightly, she walked towards the door. Glancing out the window first, in time to see a man driving and expensive car, drive off. Interesting, generally guys weren't seen fleeing her presence. Ah well, she shrugged and then put her hand on the door knob. Twisting it until she was able to pull the door open. "Liz!" She exclaimed gleefully, a genuine smile covering her features. "Wonderful to see you darling, come in." She moved aside so that her friend was able to walk in the door. The entry area was large and it was a shiny marble. A stair case was farther away, though directly in front of them. On the sides of the stair case, circling around the room, were various doors that lead to other areas of the house, and more rooms.

Elizabeth heard footsteps and saw the door fling open and Ava stood greeting her. "Thanks Ava" she said and stepped into the grand place "its beautiful" she whispered and started to scan the rooms for which one was the lounge. After looking at a room that had a tv and sofas she walked in and sat delicatly on the sofa. She was sure a neigh came from the stables and she looked up at her friend "do you have a horse then?" she said and was sure there was another neigh from the stables outside. She would love a horse but couldn't afford it as her parents hadn't gave her much money when they went backrupt.
She was very good at training horses as her mother bought her a freshly caught pony when she was 8 and she had to train it herself. The pony was now with her cousin and she missed him deeply but it was to small for herself anyway. Her phone jingled in her pocket and she flipped it up gd luck Liz, bbs ye it was from her brother so she closed it and sighed.

Ava McRae
Ava gave a small nod at her friend's thanks. She motioned to a room that was basically the lounge. If you wanted to call it that. It was what was sometimes called 'the family room'. Except, Ava didn't have any family. Well, she did, but she doubted Roxy would ever come to her house. She didn't care that much about it though. A smirk tilted the corners of her mouth upward. "It should be, considering how much it cost me." Quickly she walked into the room, and sat on the opposite side of the sofa, her body facing towards Liz so that she could talk with her comfortably. A the sound of the neigh from the barns, she readily expected the question that as asked. "Yeah, I bought him about a week ago." She responded easily. "He's a jumper called The Painted Dayze. I just call him Dayze." She included with a small grin.
"What about you, have you been able to get yourself a horse yet?" She asked Liz curiously. At the sound of her friend's phone, she watched her curiously. Who would be calling? It wasn't like she thought Liz didn't know anyone here, but to the extent of knowing her phone number? "Who was that?" She asked with a faint smile still on her full lips.

She laughed as Ava sat on the sofa "sweet" she said and then laughed as she loved horses even though she was rich. "Unfortuently not, my parents went bankrupt and I had no job then so I can't afford any horses" she sighed and then remembered Pie "I had a pony when I was 8 though, a little stallion called Pie" she laughed. Pie was a silly name for a horse but her brother used to call him Dagger. She put her blonde hair back behind her ears and then sighed again. "My brother Tim, we get on ok but like all siblings we fight" she laughed a little as her brother always pinned her down until she kicked him in the stomach.
"So Ava, do you have any brothers or sisters" she asked and then opened the phone and replied to her brother's text in a few seconds k, u must come and visit...Ava is so nice she didn't bother with chat speak as it always bugged her. She looked up at Ava and smiled before looking out the window and at the ranch again.

Ava McRae
"That's positively terrible." Ava's eyes got wide with shock and horror. She couldn't imagine life without her unending supply of money. Most of which didn't come from her parents. Which is why her sister wasn't as well off. Also the fact that her sister just preferred less fancy stuff. Which always shocked Ava. "Pie?" She asked Liz, amusement evident in her voice. "Well I suppose you were only 8." She teased her friend with a grin. Her left arm lay on the back of the sofa, and her right was situated comfortably on her stomach, so that she was able to sit in complete ease. It always ruined a talk when one must get up for lack of comfy furniture. "Your brother?" She asked with unmasked interest. Ava would most likely always be interest in guys foremost. She simply couldn't help asking her friend about her brother.
Ah yes." She sighed, in a somewhat regretful manner. She wouldn't go as far to say she despised or hated her sister. But she was annoyed by her, and frustrated, and they didn't get along in the least. That was just how things were, sadly. Or not so sadly. Ava enjoyed looking down on her sister. That was her personality. Well part of it. She could be kind, if she wanted to be. "I have a sister, in fact, perhaps you know of her. She runs Coal to Fire Acres, a Roxanne McRae. Of course, she goes by that absurd nickname, Roxy.

Elizabeth smiled a little as her friend talked but the subject changed quickly and she was glad. She nodded about Pie and then heard Ava talk about her brother "Tim, he is the best and quite handsome" she winked at Ava as she knew that Ava would be the one that her brother would most likely fall in love with in the small town. She heard a car pull up outside and heard the familier sound of her brothers voice as he opened up the door and walked in to the lounge where they were sitting. "Tim, it is so rude to enter someones house without permission" she said and hit his arm but her brother just shrugged and his gaze fell on Ava.
"Hello, nice place you have here and if I say so you are quite a dashing girl" he smiled at her showing his pearly white teeth. He sat next to his sister and looked at the Porsche which was parked neatly on the road. He looked at Ava again before looking at his sister. "You are so stupid sis, you shouldn't of left" he pushed his sister a little before looking back at Ava. She was one of the girls he would go out with but he should get to know the girl first.
