I think you guys should have a category splitter. It kind of bugs me when I see all of the categories stuck together like they're one (I think this does the same for when someone posts on a thread). It just makes me feel much more organized and less cluttered. I have codes provided if needed.
I also think you should add a message alert. Yes, it does say "PM's" and "New PM" but if you're like me I hardly ever look there and I like things to get my attention and this will surely do the trick. I have the code provided if needed.
