Ranch Name: Phoenix Racing Stables
How many people are going to live there?: As many as want.
Any animals besides horses living there?: None atm
Ranch Colors: Red and Silver
Description of house: (Near Forest Flare Ranch)
The ranch itself is very high end. Three different barns, one for mares, one for stallions, and the other one could be for resident horses, or any other horses. All are heated with spacious stalls, and a couple have bars above the door, just to compensate for the horses who can unlock the doors. There are 12 stalls in each barn, six on each side. There is one tack room that is quite long, though not necessarily wide, the feed room being in the middle barn. There are two different pastures, and a dirt track behind the ranch house. The house itself itsn't that grand, two stories, though a decent sized house. Enough room to house three people, though that is why there is a guest house to the side. Phoenix Racing Stables is a high-end facility, with friendly people, and wonderful horses.
The guest house, which is where the full-time employees stay, is only one-story, but with a much larger ground basis. There is a smaller kitchen, two bathrooms, and around six rooms. More can easily be added on later. Even though it is only an employee house, it is nicely furnished, and has a nice sized tv with plenty of channels to the right of the kitchen in the living room.
